Akrapovic Exhaust for Ducati 1098R
The Ducati 1098R and the Akrapovic Evolution exhaust system are a fantastic combination of our years of experience at the highest level of motorcycle racing and precise handcrafting. The Akrapovic Evolution open system releases the maximum amount of power and torque, and serious riders will be able to maximize the bike’s potential on the race track. In addition to performance, the Evolution system comes in a full titanium configuration, showing a clean racing look. Of course there is also a much more powerful sound coming out of the two underseat mufflers. You will also save 3.79 kg compared to the stock Ducati exhaust system. The system is for race and track days only and is not homologated for road use.
Measurements of the Akrapovic EVOLUTION system on the DUCATI 1098R without muffler insert:
Power & Torque: the Akrapovic Evolution open system greatly increases the potential of the big twin cylinder engine. Both power and torque are increased over the entire rpm range, with the greatest increase shown in the middle and top of the range. We measured an incredible 175.5 HP at 10100 rpm, while the max. increased power of 9.7 HP was measured at 10100 rpm.

Akrapovic Exhaust for Aprilia RSV4
Akrapovic Racing and Evolution systems are designed for riders who demand maximum performance from their motorcycle. Both systems are significantly lighter, if compared to the stock exhaust system and feature exceptional production quality, hi-tech materials and of course increased engine performance combined with pure racing sound output. The Akrapovic Racing and Evolution systems were developed to complement the racing character of the RSV4. The Evolution system is made entirely of our exclusive high grade titanium while the Racing system uses stainless steel header tubes and link pipe. We offer titanium or carbon-fiber mufflers for each combination. Both systems are not street legal and are designed for racing purpose only.
Measurements of the Akrapovic EVOLUTION system on the APRILIA RSV4 (without muffler insert):
Power & Torque: The power increase with the Akrapovic system is substantial, and can be seen from 4800 rpm right to the top of the range. At 12450 rpm we measured 168.8 HP, with a max. power increase of 6.4 HP at 6790 rpm. The system’s effect on the torque and power curve is huge and strongest at midrange rpm. The main increase starts at around 4200 rpm and continues right into the over-rev range. All this will help you shave lap times and result in a much smoother ride.

Akrapovic Exhaust
Rever Corsa uses Akrapovic exhaust system because their proven to be the best, all you need to do is simply look at the craftsmanship and the quality of their work and you can see it is second to none. Rever Corsa carries Akrapovic exhaust systems and parts for almost all major manufacturers like, Aprilia, Ducati, Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, Suzuki, Triumph, Suzuki, and Yamaha.
Three basic materials are used for creating Akrapovic exhaust systems: high grade titanium, stainless steel, and pre impregnated ultra light carbon fiber with high tensile strength and temperature resistance. The titanium compound is a unique formula manufactured under an exclusive contract by a Japanese supplier. It is therefore much stronger and durable than regular titanium on the free market. The titanium used by Akrapovi? is stronger and 40% lighter than stainless steel.

Akrapovic Exhaust
They use hydroformed conical header tubes for optimal exhaust gas flow. Because inner sleeves, flanges, and header tubes are independent, using floating couplings connected with just a couple of springs, the assembly is quick, while reduced vibrations also puts less stress on the material. Systems that use interference crossover tubes or additional chambers have additional reinforcement in order to reduce the possibility of cracking. Using CNC machined sleeve joints, attached together with silicon shielded springs, the highest possible level of compactness of the entire system and constant contact between the tubes is achieved. The interior of the muffler is made using a sandwich construction of stainless steel mesh and stainless steel wool to ensure longevity of the muffler packing interior that guarantees maximum engine performance. Another special feature of Akrapovic workmanship is TIG welding, which is the only way to guarantee the stiffness, durability, and smoothness of the welds.
