CNC Machining

• Utilizing the experts and equipment around you is the key to running small scale high quality fabrication. Most of our production CNC work is out- sourced through local CNC shops that specialize in aerospace, military and racing applications. •Our materials are all of the highest grade. Our Titanium and Inconel comes direct from the UK, the same places most Formula One teams purchase from.

Carbon Composite work

• Our production carbon fiber is manufactured in South Africa by Blackstone Tek. We have a very close relationship with BST and work in close collaboration on many different projects.  •BST is a world leader in carbon composite manufacturing and development. Our composite work utilizes the very latest in production techniques and every part is made from pre-preg Formula One Carbon Fiber and auto claved to exacting specifications. •Most of our composite parts are TUV approved for street use and are constructed using ISO 9001:2000 certification.

Hand metal forming

• McKenzie Bernard is our in house fabricator. •We have the ability in house to construct exhaust systems, gas tanks, frames, and pretty much any thing you can imagine in metal.
